Photinia Fraseri Pink Marble Stem C15 160cm

Photinia × fraseri 'Pink Marble' is a striking evergreen noted for its variegated foliage: young leaves emerge rosy pink before maturing to a marbled mix of green and cream, giving year-round colour and a bright flush after each prune. In spring, clusters of small white flowers may appear if plants are not clipped beforehand. Ideal as a structural standard for entrances, patios and screening, it does best in full sun or light shade in fertile, well-drained soil, with shelter from cold, drying winds to reduce leaf scorch. Light trims after flowering or in late spring/summer will maintain the shape and encourage fresh, colourful new growth.

This is a standard tree with a clear stem and a shaped crown above. The tree was grown up to this stem height and then pruned to stop the trunk growing taller. The clear stem will remain at the height you receive it at, with future growth coming from the top of the tree.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height.
