We use specialized nursery-grade packaging designed to keep root balls secure and foliage protected during transit. All plants are watered immediately before dispatch to ensure they stay hydrated throughout their journey.

What is your shipping policy for large garden furniture and heavy items?

Large items such as garden sets and heavy stone ornaments are shipped via our specialized pallet service. Delivery is usually curbside, and our team will contact you to arrange a specific delivery window that suits your schedule.

Do you offer a guarantee on your outdoor plants?

Yes, we offer a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive despite proper care, simply provide your proof of purchase and a photo of the plant, and we will offer a replacement or credit.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our garden centre, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partner so you can monitor its progress in real-time.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
